Payments

In-store/point of sale locations: payment can be made with cash, credit or debit.
Online: We accept e-transfer (transferencia bancaria, SPEI) debit or credit cards including American Express.

Shipping

Domestically we ship to all 32 Mexican states. Internationally we ship to USA, Canada, South America, and Europe.
We ship with secure couriers and provide a tracking number, so you can monitor your order.
Mexico: 2-4 business days
USA & Canada: 4-6 business days
Internationally: 6-8 business days
Orders may be subject to additional import duties or sales tax according to the regulations of your state or country. Any import handling fees are also the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty and Returns

SHILANGO has a ninety-day satisfaction guarantee or your money back policy. If ninety days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an email to connect@shilango.com explaining the reason for the return.
