What are your customer service hours?

The most efficient way to offer customer service is via email to connect@shilango.com –clearly state your need on the subject line — add details of your request/needs on the body of the email. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM, Saturday 12PM to 5PM, Sunday we’re closed

Do you have special offers due to covid-19?

We’re also offering complementary shipping on all orders $1,500 MXN and over. This service is activated once you have reached the threshold. You do not need a promo code. Simply add to your cart, check out, and select method of payment.

What’s your return policy?

Shilango has a ninety-day satisfaction guarantee or your money back policy. If ninety days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an email to connect@shilango.com explaining the reason. 

What’s your refund policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Can I return sales items?

No you can not. All sales items are final. Only regular priced items may be returned and/or might qualify for refund.

What’s your order cancellation policy?

If you’ve placed an order and change your mind, you have twenty four hours from the time of your order confirmation to send us an email to connect@shilango.com — In your email clearly state the reason of your cancellation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your cancellation — If more than twenty four hours have passed, your order has been dispatched and we can not cancel your order.

In the event that we do approve your cancellation, it might be subject to a cancellation fee. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What’s your store currency?

EN: All our prices for product and services are set in Mexican pesos. If you are outside of México, you may change the currency to USA dollars on the main page top right corner.
